Paralegal

For many clients, Thuy is typically the first point of contact. She often communicates with clients regarding updates, court information and how to navigate certain aspects of the legal process. She understands how stressful facing criminal charges can be, so she tries to help clients as much as possible in effort to make things a little easier for them.

In addition to helping clients, she also assist the attorneys by preparing and filing pleadings, motions, waivers, etc. She also coordinates hearings and depositions with prosecutors and makes sure notices and subpoenas are served in a timely fashion.

Thuy Le grew up in New Jersey and came to Florida in 2005. She has been employed with Hager & Schwartz, P.A. for 14 years and is a senior paralegal at the firm. She has a bachelor's degree in Legal Studies.
